Xiaomi Mi Play popularly known as Redmi Note 7 Pro is all geared up for a December launch in China, where it is being promoted as the first phone in the line of Xiaomi’s Play Series. The Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting for this smartphone as the rumoured features have already made it popular. Advertised as the repackaged version of the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Xiaomi’s Mi Play will have features prevalent in high range smartphones like One Plus 6T.
Mi Play has a water drop notch in front and has a glass like finish at the back, thus, straying off from Redmi’s trademark metallic unibody and has the additional features of an AI backed dual rear cameras and fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone. The 12 mega pixel dual rear camera is accompanied by an LED flash. Mi Play also features an 8 mega pixel front camera and 3,000 mAh battery.
Mi Play comes with a Qualcomm processor with 4 GB RAM and a 5.84 inch screen with full HD in a curved glass display. Xiaomi is promoting the phone as one specifically designed keeping the interests of gamers in mind. The phone manufacturers hope to keep it within the affordable range with high end features to compete other high priced gaming phones. The device has a tinier notch to accomodate more screen space with a high end graphic system, audio and visuals to support popular games like PUBG or Asphalt 8. As the first phone off Xiaomi’s Play series, it will be the brand’sfirst gaming phone.
