Airtel, a leading company has recently witnessed launching an extension of Wynk Music which is one of the best music streaming app with a new OTT known as Wynk Tube in India. This extension of Wynk Music will be like YouTube Music which provided the music and video content both.
As Airtel has launched this app, they are targeting 200 million smartphone users to download and use this app, they have kept the size of the app 5MB which is really low and can be downloaded in almost every phone easily.
For the existing Airtel users, Wynk Music app is free where the customer can avail unlimited streaming and downloads without any bar. The new app Wynk Tube is right now only accessible to the Android users and they are sharing the content in different tree regional languages consisting Hindi, Punjabi and Bhojpuri. Although, according to Airtel, they are soon going to offer 12 more Indian languages which will include all the regional languages of different states of India.
In Wynk Tube, there are around 40 lakhs song in Hindi and English. The app also has a feature of voice enabled search where users can just search by saying. The expectations with this app is great however we don’t know how great would it work. In the upcoming time, the app will also be available to other OS apart from Android.
