Microsoft’s latest, Surface Go tablet is up for pre order in Flipkart with the starting price at 37,999. Flipkart promised 2000 off on prepaid transactions alongside an annual subscription of Hungama Play, priced at 799, for free. These are claimed to be the lightest and the smallest product of the company. It is of 1.15 Pounds and comes with the thinness of 8.3mm. The tablet, latest in the line of Surface Go and also, the cheapest in that range, features Windows 10 and comes in 2 models – 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage (priced at 37,999) and 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage (priced at 47,999). Users can buy the Microsoft Surface Go accessories separately. It comes with an optional keyboard cover worth Rs 8,699 for black and 11,799 for the other colored variants. As a part of the Surface Go promotions, Flipkart offers Rs 4000 off on the Surface Go Type Cover.
Powered by the 1.6 gigahertz Intel Pentium Gold dual-core Processor, Microsoft Surface Go seeks to compete Apple iPad and Galaxy tablets by Samsung with a promising 9-hour uninterrupted battery life and a USB-C 3.1 cable for charging, file transfer, etc. The full friction hinge lets you change from tablet to studio mode with its hinge expanding up to 165 degrees.
The Surface Go tablet is being launched in the country exclusively through Flipkart, which is a massive boost for the online shopping giant, giving it an edge over its competitors. Flipkart pledges to launch Surface Go by 27th of December, tentatively with pre orders available from midnight.
