WhatsApp has again come up with its new feature. The company is continuously adding new features to the social media app. This time it has it has come up with a feature of forwarded message info. This feature will show you how many times a message has been forwarded. The feature is currently being tested on the WhatsApp beta version. There will be an info button on the top of the app, with which users would be able to check how many times the message they have sent was forwarded.
Earlier there were reports that the users would be able to see a label ‘frequently forwarded’ on the message when the message will be forwarded over four times.
Right now the facility is available only for the users who have sent the message. The senders of the message would need to hold and press the message for long and the options will come. They would need to choose the first option with an information icon. With this option, they would be able to check the information of the forwarded message. The users who have received the forwarded message would not be able to see this feature in their WhatsApp as it is not available for them. To check how many times the received message was forwarded they would need to forward it to someone else first. After it, they would be able to check the details in the sent message.
