Apple is famous for restricting it’s services only to iOS users but now they have stepped out and introduced it’s Apple TV app for Samsung devices TV OEM. This app is enabled on Airplay-2 Samsung’s smart TV. In future, other TV models including VIZIO, LG and Sony will also get access to this service with home kit support.
With the AirPlay -2 technology, any video content and other apps can be easily screen mirrored on the TV where iPhone, iPad plays the remote. There are further requirement of software to access the feature that is software should be updated to iOS 12.3 or macOS 10.14.5 for enabling mirror imaging on smartTV.
The latest Samsung smart Tv will be enabled with Apple Tv and airplay-2 support and users can handily switch onto the screen. This feature also works with Bixby voice also. Also, older Samsung SmartTv can also work with this feature, all they need is check for firmware update from the
company. Further, new updates can be searched on the “ software update” settings under the settings menu.
The latest ios update 12.3 and tvOS 12.3 software will let the users subscribe to apple tv app and providing them content they would love to watch. Apple TV includes famous channels like HBO, Starz, Showtime, tastemade, EPIX, MTV. Also, the family sharing in apple family will allow upto 6 members screen sharing with the subscriptions. They just require to sign in to the app by providing their apple id and password.
