Honor Yoyo is available in two colour variants of white and grey and has a minimalistic design weighing 165 grams. Resembling the Google Home Mini, the Honor Yoyo speaker’s circular light glows when the speaker is active and operates as a speaker phone when Yoyo’s smart speaker is paired with a smartphone over a WiFi network. Powered Huawei’s Histen Algorithm, the 2 inch 3W speaker can also be used to make or receive phone calls, check the weather report, read audio books and news, etc. It supports a 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ dual band Wi-fi network and can be powered by a power bank to accommodate its use, outdoors.

With the Honor Yoyo AI smart speaker, Honor marks its entry into the smart speaker market making it Huawei’s only smart speaker that relies on Huawei’s algorithm instead of Amazon’s popular Alexa to power the speaker. Apart from retailers across China, it is also on sale at Vmall.
