Sony WH-CH700N Wireless Headphones India Launch

Sony is all set to make its presence felt once again in the headphone space with its launch of all new WH-CH700N wireless, noise cancelling headphones. Priced at Rs. 12,990, these headphones will hit the shelves across all Sony retailers and major electronic retail stores across the country. Sony promises an uninterrupted 35 hours of battery life for every time the headphones are charged with Sony’s Artificial Intelligence Noise Cancellation (AINC) technology designed to adjust volume of sound performance as per the surrounding environment by analysing background sound. The additional Noise Cancellation or NC button allows users to block out the surrounding noise. Users are also granted the lease to make hands free voice calls and dictate voice commands through the voice assistant support and a microphone built into the headphones. These headphones are available alongside 40 mm drivers.

Sony has also included the Digital Sound Enhancement Engine or
the DSEE feature to help have compressed music files an enhanced sound quality.
The 40 mm drivers in the headphones have a frequency response ranging from 7 hertz to 20,000 hertz and has a 97 dB/mW sensitivity and comes with an impedance rating of 20 Ohms. Sony provides users with a software upgrade that would allow Google Assistant to further optimise the headphones.

The headphones support Bluetooth v4.1 and NFC and has a 1.2 metre length detachable, single sided cable to enable music playback through the 3.5 mm jack. Sony headphones can operate through the Headphones Connect app that is available for download for both Android and iOS.
