Amazon gears up for an all exclusive launch of the Honor Band 4 that goes on sale from December 18 after midnight with a price tag of Rs. 2,599. The device comes in three colour variants of Blue, Black, Navy and Pink, and an AMOLED colour display.
The smart band is water resistant up to a depth of 50 metres and can also identify swim strokes with the additional heart rate sensor proving to a be a valuable asset for the Honor Band 4, that ensures compatibility with both iPhone and Android. The band’s sleek design comes with a 240 X 120 pixel resolution in a 2.5D curved screen with a size of about 0.95 inches.
The band’s Sleep monitoring technology, which aside from tracking sleep timings, also keeps a count of the Rapid Eye Movements and provides health advice to improve the sleep cycle through the app. Although the band is harmonious with iOS and Android, the band still needs an Android of version 4.4 and above and iOS of version 9.0 and above to function seamlessly. Users of the band can track their health by pairing the Honor Band 4 with the Huawei Health app on their phone.
Huawei’s TruSeen 3.0 is a heart rate technology that assists the band in monitoring heart rate accurately with the help of algorithms which includes monitoring heart rate for 24 hours at real time and sharing the results with friends and family.
Honor Band 4 has a 17-hour lasting battery life and can identify numbers, answer and reject calls and messages and will be on the shelf in Amazon India, only.
